Silk and viscose rugs are NEVER cleaned onsite — they're handled by full submersion at our facility with free pick-up and delivery. Wool can sometimes be cleaned in-home with low-moisture extraction (topical only). We'll tell you honestly which method is right for yours before we start.

Fiber test & quote
We confirm whether your rug is wool, silk, viscose, or synthetic, check the dyes for bleeding, and quote in writing. The method depends entirely on the fiber.
Dusting
Before any water touches it, we remove the dry particulate soil packed into the foundation — the step most people skip and the reason rugs wear out early.
Submersion wash (off-site for silk/viscose/most wool)
The rug is fully submerged, gently washed, thoroughly rinsed, and controlled-dried flat so the foundation and dyes stay safe.
Return & walk-through
We deliver it back, groom the pile, and you inspect it with us.

Our $7 per square foot includes free pick-up, full submersion wash at our facility, controlled flat drying, and free delivery back to your door — the full job, not a starting price that grows on the invoice.
