Pre-spray with all-natural citrus solution
Our citrus oil-based pre-spray breaks down dirt, grease, and biological contamination at the molecular level. It's safe for kids, pets, and allergy-sensitive households — and it smells like a fresh lemon grove, not a chemical lab.
Truck-mounted hot water extraction
Our equipment hits 220°F at the wand — restaurant-kitchen-grade temperature. That heat plus high-volume vacuum pulls out what residential rental machines physically can't reach. Faster dry times, cleaner fibers, longer-lasting results.
Final walk-through
You inspect every room with us. We don't leave until you're satisfied. If we missed a spot, we hit it again. No back-and-forth, no follow-up callbacks.

Every visit has a $135 minimum.
The prices below are à la carte — add up exactly what you need. If your total comes in under $135, the visit is $135. That's the floor for bringing the truck, the equipment, and a trained tech to your door and doing the job right. It's charged once per visit, never stacked — so the more you bundle, the better the value. (Example: one $79 armchair cleaned on its own bills at the $135 minimum. Add a couple of rooms or another piece and you're already past it.)
